I have already completed the challenge but I have signed up to do it again; how do I restart the videos? Once you have completed the WILDFIT challenge all the videos will be visible to you. I have not received my username and password

Unknown Account Error

If you are getting an UNKNOWN ACCOUNT ERROR, this usually means you are not using your full email address as your username. Changing or updating my password for GetWildFit.com

Changing/Updating Your Password

Sometimes, the passwords our system sets are not the easiest to remember or type. This is to protect your account. If you ever forget or want to change your password, there are two ways to do it.

Request a New Password

Requesting a new password is quick and easy and has only two small problems:

a) That you have to wait for the new password to be emailed to you.
b) That our system sets very strong passwords.

To request a new password, you simply go to the login page (https://challenge.getwildfit.com/login/) and follow these steps:

1) Click the "Forgot Password" (http://members.getwildfit.com/forgot-password/) link just below the log-in window.
2) Enter your email address (please use the same one that is already attached to your membership).
3) Click SEND PASSWORD.
4) Check your email for your new password.




 


Choosing Your Own Password

You can set a new password (one you pick for yourself) once you are logged into the Membership site. To set your own custom password, please follow these steps:

1) Log in. (https://challenge.getwildfit.com/login/)
2) Click on MY ACCOUNT.
3) On the right-hand side, enter a new password.
4) Below that, repeat the password.
5) Click CHANGE PASSWORD.

You will now have a new password. Make sure you write it down or remember it.

Logging in to the WILDFIT Membership Site

To log into the WILDFIT Membership site (to access your training / coaching programs), please follow these steps:

1) Go to https://challenge.getwildfit.com/
2) Enter your username (this is the email address you signed up with).
3) Enter your password (it is generally best to COPY / PASTE this from the original email we sent you.)
4) Click LOG IN.

This should take you right into the membership site and to the Dashboard. 

(Note: If it is your first time logging in or, perhaps, your first time logging in from a new machine, you will be asked to confirm our Terms and Conditions.)
